When renting a Clean Taps kiosk:

• You agree to follow all installation and operation guidelines provided

• You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and basic care of the unit

• You must not damage, tamper with, or misuse the equipment

• Any physical damage due to misuse or negligence will be billed accordingly

4. Payment & Billing

Pricing and payment terms will be provided in your rental or service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. Clean Taps reserves the right to suspend service for overdue accounts.

All content, branding, software, and systems related to Clean Taps are protected intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks or reproduce our materials without prior written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• You violate these Terms

• Your account is inactive or delinquent

• Required by law

Upon termination, you must return any Clean Taps equipment as outlined in your agreement.

Clean Taps is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from misuse of the Services or equipment

• Delays caused by third-party vendors or connectivity issues
